Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: Suppliers on permanent list or able to meet qualification requirements Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The closing date has been extended to September 19, 2016 at 2:00 pm E.D.T Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) for Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) - A2770-150014/A This procurement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services for the following categories across the Work streams I, III, IV and V. Requirement This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Indian Oil and Gas Canada (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement is for the provision of professional services to assist in the support and maintenance of Resource Information Management System 1 (RIMS1) and limited design and development enhancements to address changing business needs within RIMS1. The resources required are as follows: One (1) P9 - Project Manager (Level 3) One (1) P8 - Project Leader (Level 2) One (1) P11 - Quality Assurance Specialist/Analyst (Level 2) Three (3) A7 - Programmer Analyst (Level3) One (1) A14 - Web Developer (Level 3) One (1) A8 - System Analyst (Level 3) One (1) B1- Business Analyst (Level 3) One (1) B1- Business Analyst (Level 2) One (1) B14 - Technical Writer (Level 2) One (1) I2 - Database Administrator (Level 3) It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract, for two (2) years plus 3 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract Security Requirement This procurement contains security requirements.
