SECOND OPPORTUNITY TO PRE-QUALIFY - REQUEST FOR PROSERVICES SUPPLY ARRANGEMENTS

BACKGROUND:
ProServices is a mandatory method of supply offering supply arrangements for professional services (both IT and Non-IT) valued below the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) threshold. 


REQUIREMENT:
The professional services that ProServices covers can be found at this link: http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/app-acq/sp-ps/vltcat-strmcat-eng.html  and includes a total of thirteen Streams.

The resulting Supply Arrangements will remain valid until such time as Canada no longer considers them to be advantageous to use them.  PWGSC reserves the right to choose to proceed with a different procurement vehicle for the requirement if it considers such action appropriate. 


SET-ASIDE PROGRAM FOR ABORIGINAL BUSINESS:
Part of this procurement may be designated by one or more Government departments as set-aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). 


COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENTS (CLCA):
This solicitation, as well as the resulting supply arrangements excludes locations in areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements.


OFFICIAL LANGUAGES
The services to be provided under the resulting supply arrangements will be delivered in one or both of the two official languages of Canada according to the requirements of the Government department.
