Description
AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadlineclosing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on October 20, 2022 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non responsive. This is the 2nd RFI pertaining to the Defencex Project (formerly Defence Resource Management Information System Modernization (DRMIS Mod) Project) for the Department of National Defence and Canadian Arm Forces (DND/CAF). Defencex is a major capital project that will transform and modernize the business processes, and upgrade DND/CAF Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to perform the financial, materiel acquisition, materiel management (Defence Supply Chain), engineering and maintenance transactions, procurement, real property, and program / project systems. It will enable the transition to SAP S/4HANA platform in line with the broader Government of Canada initiatives.
