Description
The Public Health Agency of Canada requires a Contractor to provide information and data on the paediatric population at multiple hospital sites in Canada. There are four different surveillance streams, their respective case definitions, variables and deliverables are outlined in Appendices A to D of the Statement of Work. Up to four contracts may be awarded as a result of this bid solicitation, one contract for each stream.
