AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on August 23, 2022. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of flexible carpets for Dairy Cows consisting of a cover, a cushion and a mattress including removal of existing carpets, delivery and installation of the new carpets, located in Sherbrooke, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Section 7.
