DFO has requirement for a commercially available SaaS Cloud based Enterprise Incident Response Management System (the “CPIIR” or the “Solution”) for 200 Concurrent Users with a potential of 100-200 additional users user’s per year for 3 years. The required Solution must include, a 24-month warranty, software maintenance and support, and documentation.
