All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by December 22nd, 2022 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The bid submission deadline has been extended an additional four weeks to allow another project (currently occupying this project’s area of work) sufficient time to complete. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the “reliability status” level. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
