This requirement is to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for all Federal Government Departments and Provincial/Territorial Identified Users across Canada, for the procurement of commercial tires and tubes and airless tires excluding maintenance and installation for various vehicle categories. The period of the NMSOs will be for a one-year period from 2023-04-01 to 2024-03-31. The annual estimated usage is 35,000 commercial tires and is only an approximation of requirements given in good faith and do not represent Federal Identified Users actual requirement.
