    AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE: Please ignore the response deadline that appears in the Ariba Discovery posting. You must submit your bid and all required supporting documentation by 17:00 EDT on October 19, 2022 All bids submitted after 17:00 EDT will be declared non-responsive. Work Description: Work of this Contract comprises the construction of a new 211 m2storage garage at the Environment and Climate Change Canada Compound, located at 91782 Alaska Highway, Whitehorse, Yukon. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2024. Two Phase Selection Process: This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.

    The estimated contract period will be 16 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2022/11/25.
