Description
All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on 20 February 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of the Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of R&D services in the development of detectors having a large dynamic range and operates in photon counting mode for application in spectral LIDAR located in (Valcartier, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
