All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 5, 2023 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Environment Climate Change Canada has a requirement for Soft Body Armor Vests to be provided on an "AS & WHEN" requested basis and will be ordered by Canada using a Requisition on Contract (ROC). Estimated Usage: Year 1:85 units, Year 2:85 units, Year 3:85 units, Year 4 (if extended):100 units, Year 5 (if extended):100 units. The period for issuing Individual ROC against this contract is within three (3) years from the date of contract award. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two additional one year periods under the same conditions.
