AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 04, 2023 at 2:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide to the Vaccine Coverage and Effectiveness Monitoring (VCEM) Division at the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), to conduct a national survey in all ten Canadian provinces and three territories on the prevalence of immunization coverage among persons 18 years of age and older who are living in Canada and among health care workers (HCW) in Canada.
