    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WS4031769109 (Doc4031907478) dated July 19, 2023 with a closing of August 9, 2023 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 25, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, administration and material as requested by Department of National Defence in the form of call ups for Line Paint services, CFB Winnipeg, MB. Services are to be provided on an “as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of two (2) years with three (3) consecutive one (1) year option periods.
