Description
AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 24, 2023 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Contract is for the supply and delivery of musical instruments to the Department of National Defence, as described in the Annex Statement of Requirement. There are 13 different musical instruments to be purchased. The Offeror must demonstrate they are able to provide the items listed in Annex - Statement of Requirement. The Offeror must specify the make and model of each instrument as part of their bid. For Canada to declare an offer compliant, the offer must comply with the requirements of the solicitation of offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price for award.
