    Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) - Wharf Pile Repairs (Sandy Cove East, Digby Co.) Project Description: The work of this contract comprises of wharf pile repair (partial removal of existing concrete jackets and the installation of concrete protection jackets on existing steel h-piles). Review ITQ document for additional information. The Contractor must perform and complete the work within 16 weeks of award. Enquiries: All enquiries are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority using the Messages function in SAP Ariba. General Information: The estimated cost is between $100,001 to $500,000. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by date and time indicated. All interested suppliers may submit a qualification submission. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
