Description
The Site is located at the corner of Second Street and Pearl Avenue in Atlin, BC and consists of two lots (Lot 1 and Lot 2). The work to be conducted is a remedial excavation from property line to property line and to a depth of 3 meters below ground surface (mbgs), with select locations to 4 mbgs and 7mbgs. Previous environmental investigations identified metals contamination (arsenic, barium, cadmium, copper, lead, nickel, and zinc) in fill soil and native soil. The objective of this work is to remove the contaminated soil from the Site and transport it for disposal.
