Description

NOTE: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit bids from pre-qualified suppliers holding a valid Task-based supply arrangement under the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply issued pursuant to the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) solicitation No. E60ZT-18TSPS, who qualified under Tier 2, involving the Business consulting / Change management stream. REQUIREMENT: Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Project and Program Advisory Services for the Department of Public Services and Procurement (PSPC), Human Capital Management – Pay Administration Branch. These services will be provided on an “as and when requested” basis.
