AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 27 September 2024 at 2 pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2 pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Great Lakes Forestry Centre (GLFC) and Laurentian Forestry Centre (LFC) are two research centres within the Canadian Forest Service sector of Natural Resources Canada. Great Lakes Forestry Centre (GLFC) is located in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario and Laurentian Forestry Centre (LFC) is located in Québec City, Québec. Both research centres have a requirement to store research samples and materials at ultra-low temperatures (e.g. -80oC). The requirement is for the supply and delivery of two (2) energy efficient Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) freezers storage in accordance with the specifications detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement. The Mandatory Technical Criteria are listed in Annex Technical Criteria. All deliverables must be received on or before March 21st 2025.
