    Description
    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) “E” Division Post Garage has a requirement to install, remove and retrofit emergency and safety equipment in Police Vehicles. Mandatory Work Site Visit. The Offeror must attend one of the two mandatory site visits. Mandatory site visits were/will be held at the RCMP Post Garage, 5450 Korea Rd, Chilliwack, B.C. V2R 0N7, Building 1150, as follows: · 14 January, 2026 at 10:30 PST; and · 11 February, 2026 at 10:30 PST. Offerors are required to attend only one of the mandatory site visits to be considered compliant. REGISTRATION FOR SITE VISIT. Offerors must communicate with the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY no later than 10 February 2026 at 14:00 PST to confirm attendance for the 11 February 2026 site visit and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Offerors must sign an attendance sheet. Offerors should confirm in their offer that they have attended one of the mandatory site visits. Canada will declare non‑compliant any offer from an Offeror who did not attend one of the mandatory site visits
