Description
Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS5122810485 dated August 13 2025 with a closing of August 28 2025 at 11:00am PDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. This requirement is for a 3-year contract with task authorizations for the supply and delivery of Liquid Aviator’s Breathing Oxygen (ABO), as well as the installation, maintenance, and removal at end-of-contract of two Contractor-owned-and-managed liquid oxygen tanks. The tanks must have individual capacities of 1,500 US gallons as per the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work by the Department of National Defence. Offerors must be eligible to receive Standard Reliability Security clearance before commencing work. The work will take place at 19 Wing Comox, B.C, Canada. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.
