    AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 10, 2025at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Polarimeter The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the supply of one polarimeter for the analysis of commodities, such as raw sugar, and the analysis of drugs and other substances in order to determine their stereo-specificity. The requirement includes installation, on-site training and Warranty, Maintenance and Support Services. Delivery to Ottawa, Ontario, must be received within 60 calendar days of Contract Award Date. Offerors must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract Award to one-year after delivery and acceptance of the Work inclusive. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing or by telephone. _____
