E60ZR-25-1583_ITQ - Modernized Travel Management Services

All responses and required supporting documentation must be submitted by September 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EDT. All responses submitted after 2:00 p.m. EDT will result in the response being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Government of Canada, is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) to establish a list of pre-qualified companies (herein referred to as “Qualified Respondents”) capable of delivering modernized travel management services to federal government departments and agencies. This ITQ represents the first stage in the procurement process. Qualified Respondents may be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP). The future resulting contract is expected to support travel requirements across the federal government and involve integration with evolving Government of Canada systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
