Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Canada is seeking offers on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) for a Hybrid Task Authorization (TA) Contract that includes both firm-scheduled requirements and “as-and-when-requested” services at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta.Under this contract, the Contractor will provide cleaning services for all buildings listed in the solicitation. Mandatory site visit: Offerors must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at Building held at 4 Wing, Cold Lake, AB T0A 0B0 on January 28, 2026, 10.00 Hours local time . Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 19, 2026 at 14.00 hours M.T time to confirm attendance and provide the required information of their representatives in order to gain entry to 4 Wing, Cold Lake. Please see 5.2. Site Visit. on page 12 of the RFP for full registration and location information. Canada will declare non-compliant offers from any Offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit.The resulting contract will be for a period of three (3) years, with two (2) additional one-year option periods.
