This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number Doc5474433527 dated December 9, 2025 with a closing of January 16, 2026 at 14:00 EST. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 04 May 2026 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary : Service Canada, the program operated by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of Custom Manila File Folders to one (1) Service Canada Pension office located in Edmonton on an "as and when requested" basis for a period of one (1) year with the right to extend for one (1) additional (1) one year period under the same terms and conditions.
