    Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to invite qualified construction contractors to submit proposals for the provision of construction and associated professional services related to the delivery of roof drain equipment on the living units at the Bowden Correctional Facility in Alberta for Correctional Services Canada (CSC). The work required in this project includes, but is not limited to: Demolition and removal of all existing materials to be replaced in the above work. Removal of waste material to a proper disposal facility. Supply and install of all replacement drain leaders from the roof to the ground floor, in five (5) living units, per drawings and specifications. Drains on the roof are to remain. Fire-stopping of new piping passing through existing fire-rated construction, including existing piping. Insulation of piping as required by the drawings and specifications.

    The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/05/25.
