AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. Summary : The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to modernize the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) at 17 Wing Winnipeg (Building 136). The work includes providing equipment, engineering, project management, fabrication, assembly, software programming, installation, documentation, training, and the warranty of audiovisual systems.
