This Letter of Interest (LOI) is posted on behalf of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). The purpose of this LOI is to request feedback and gather information from the Industry regarding field deployable tools for the identification of chemicals, including but not limited to illicit drugs, precursor chemicals, and/or explosive in operational environments. All required documentation should be submitted by June 4, 2026.
