    Description
NOTE: this new RFI/document for the Polar Helicopter Project, which is now published on SAP/ARIBA for the Polar Helicopter Project as #WS5732602543, replaces and supersedes the former Polar Helicopter Project RFI (formerly #F7013-230428/A), which was initially published on Dec 12, 2023 on Canada Buys, and will expiry on June 30/26. The expiry date has therefore been extended as well to Dec 31/2026, for administrative purposes only. This new RFI document will continue to be the source of all new information and communication with Industry moving forward regarding the Polar Helicopter Project, and the previous document should only be viewed as a source of legacy information, and is not to be relied upon or consulted for any new updates post June 2026 on the project. As of June 2026, WS5732602543 will only presently replicate the former RFI in its entirety (up to amendment #007), with any added new Project information subsequently posted to this document as it becomes available. As always, please contact the PSPC Contract Authority noted for this requirement: Tim Blahey, 873-354-1679, or tim.blahey@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca if you have any questions.
