(English) Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Department of National Defence, Denwood, Alberta has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and offloading of various quantities of non-food operational supplies listed below to kitchens, on an “as and when requested basis” for the period of the Standing Offer. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.

The estimated contract period will be 13 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/10/01.
