The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking proposals, through a public Request for Proposal ("RFP"), for a qualified proponent to complete Building Component Inspections and compile specific building equipment inventory information for each of its buildings in the Leasing Portfolio.
The RFP will require a single submission from Proponents demonstrating, to the NCC’s satisfaction, their experience with the inspection and subsequent compilation of asset information.
DATA FORMAT
The NCC requires the collected data to be provided in a specific format to allow for the upload into its operating system. The successful Proponent will be required to adapt its inspection methods to accommodate the collection and recording of the required data.
ACCESS
The majority of the properties are currently occupied. Advance notice will need to be issued through our third party service provider Del Management Solutions Inc. Contact coordinates will be provided to the successful Proponent.
