5P420-13-5120/A Repair of 8-Plex – Prince Albert National Park of Canada

Repairs to 8-plex in Waskesiu Lake. Work includes replacements to roofing, structure, windows, doors, and siding.  

Closing Date: December 3, 2013; 2:00 pm (MDT)

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents. 
Delivery Date: The Work must be completed on or before 15 November 2014.

There will be a MANDATORY site visit on October 24, 2013 at 10:00AM (CST). Interested bidders are to meet at the 8-Plex in Waskesiu Lake. 
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

(306) 663-4507 or email address: karen.cranch@pc.gc.ca, no later than October 23, 2013 to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
