Stanley Park North Site Remediation

SCOPE OF WORK
.1 Work under this contract covers the work involved in the remediation of Stanley Park North
found between Union Street and Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario and includes, but is not
limited to, the following :
.1 Erosion and sediment control
.2 Selective tree and stump removals
.3 Safety and sanitary pruning
.4 Selective, minimal excavation of contaminated soils for blending grades
.5 Proper handling and disposal of contaminated soils
.6 Removal, adjustment and re-installation of waste receptacles
.7 Mowing of tall shoreline grass after bird nesting period
.8 Mowing of open space lawn area as required prior to each topdressing
.9 Topdressing of all turf and tall grass areas, in three applications
.10 Capping of all shrub beds, in one application
.11 Building of a new armour stone lookout
.12 Resurfacing of all asphalt pathways
.13 New pathway signs and pavement markings
.14 Sodding of excavated and grubbed areas
.15 Over seeding of all existing lawn areas
