Description
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of four hundred fifty (450) pairs of Blue Overalls.

In addition, there is an “as and when requested” quantity of up to ten (10) made-to-measure pairs of Blue Overalls (specials), which can be ordered within 36 months of contract award.

This requirement includes an “as and when requested” quantity of up to one hundred (100) regular sized pairs of Blue Overalls (flexible stock), which can be ordered within 36 months of contract award.

This requirement also includes an optional quantity of up to two hundred (200) pairs of Blue Overalls which can be exercised within 36 months of contract award.

This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-074 dated 2014-01-10 and viewing sample. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.

This requirement is subject to AIT.

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods. 

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation. Bidders should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the bid solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements.  It is the Bidder's responsibility to obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the bid solicitation, if necessary, before submitting a bid.
