    Description
    By means of this RFP, NRCan is seeking proposals from bidders to recruit and coordinate the participation of technical reviewers for the Expert Panel review session(s) to ensure a consistent, objective, transparent and fair review of all applications received.  
    
    The contractor will determine the methodology on identifying subject matter experts (SME) in the following fields:
    o Biochemicals
    o Solid Wood
    o Biomaterials
    o Bioenergy
    
    
    There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.
    
    The estimated period of the contract is from the date of Contract Award to March 31, 2015. The majority of the work should be completed by December 31, 2014.
