Modular Acoustic Enclosure - Supply and Install Modular Acoustic Enclosure /Supply and Install 1. Under Article 3.0 Scope of Work, DELETE sub-article 3.1 and REPLACE with the following : 3.1 The closing date of this requirement shall be extended from January 5th 2015 to January 9th 2015. (See official posting period on buy and sell) 2. Under Article 23.0 Evaluation Criteria, DELETE article 23.0 and REPLACE with the following : 23.0 ATTACHMENTS Appendix "A" - Detailed Statement of Work Appendix “B” – Standard Instructions and Conditions (Applicable to Bid Solicitation) Appendix “C” – Evaluation Criteria Appendix "D" - General Conditions 2035 Appendix “E” – CAD Drawings All the other Terms and Conditions of the original Articles of Agreement remain unchanged.
