CMHC wishes to retain a selection of vendors under a Standing Offer (SO) to provide risk management services on an as-when required basis to support the sector of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) multi-year plan. There are four independent streams under this RFSO: (1) Enterprise Risk Management, ORSA and Operational Risk Oversight (excluding Technology Risk/Cyber Risk Management), (2) Technology Risk, including Cyber risk, Oversight, (3) Financial Risk Oversight, and (4) Insurance Oversight, Capital Adequacy and Stress Testing. Offerors may bid on one, two, three or all streams within their proposal, but must clearly specify to which streams they are responding. The term of the Standing Offers is expected to be for 3 years. The annual value of the Standing Offers is expected to be up to $665,000, including all applicable taxes. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFSO document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on July 6, 2015. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
