Brewster Creek Parking Lot Paving – Banff National Park

Requirement:

Work for this Contract comprises of Paving and Landscaping the Brester Creek Parking Lot in Banff National Park. Work includes, but is not limited to, earthworks, clearing and grubbing and paving.


Optional Site Visit

There will be a site visit on June 9, 2015 at 1:00 PM. Interested bidders are to meet at Sunshine Road exit, first left at parking lot at exit, Banff National Park.

Bidders are asked to register prior to the site visit with the Contracting Authority.

The site visit for this project is OPTIONAL.  The representative of the bidder may be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit.


Project Timeline:

The work must be completed on or before August 15, 2015.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
