Description
1. Title: Supply and Storage of five (5) Radio site Shelters 2. Nature of Requirement The RCMP has a requirement for five (5) radio site shelters to replace existing shelters at different locations in the province of Quebec. 3. General Information Contractor must supply five (5) radio site shelters whose inner dimension are 8 'x 10'. Radios shelter must be covered and assembled fiberglass to provide a unibody construction. The contract will include an option for the production of up to a maximum of five (5) other shelters. The options, if applied require delivery to be made no later than twelve (12) weeks following written notice. 4. Place of delivery Delivery of the five (5) radio site shelters MUST be completed no later than twelve (12) weeks following contract. The five (5) radio site shelters must be delivered FOB Destination. The five (5) optional radio site shelters if required will be delivered FOB Destination under the same conditions as the five (5) original radio site shelters. All shelters are to be delivered to: Détachement de Québec, 925, 9e Rue de l'Aéroport, Québec QC G2G 2S5 5. Period of Contract: 5.1 Production time five (5) shelters for radio site: The contract period will commence from the date of contract award until all work is completed according to contract / delivery of all goods as described in the statement of work but should in no case should the construction of the shelters exceed twelve (12) weeks following contract award. 6.
