Sale & removal of a dwelling

Sale and removal must meet the following criteria: 

• To provide all services, equipment, and coordination to remove house from AAFC property and take ownership of the asset.

• To demolish and remove from site all subsurface construction including full basement, concrete, structure, surfaces, etc.  All demolished material to be disposed of in a manner that maximizes recycling and re-use.

• To fill demolition excavation to grade with an approved clean fill, compact, and layer with top soil and soil.

• To coordinate and complete the termination of utilities (water, electricity, and natural gas).

• To properly cap and terminate connection to existing septic field.

• To restore any damage to site caused by building removal and demolition.

• All work must be completed by March 31st, 2016.
