    Description

    REQUIREMENT: The project consists but is not limited to the removal of the existing fabric door and the installation of a new wall section, foundation and horizontal metal doors at, 3257 Carp Rd, Carp ON.

    Work to be completed on or before March 26th, 2016. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: Between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.

    SITE VISIT: There will be an optional site visit on November 19th at 10:00am EST. Interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of 3257 Carp Rd. Carp ON. Potential bidders will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to entering the compound. ID is required.

    Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

    Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
