    Description

    This solicitation is for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of “General Maintenance Services” for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, more specifically, The Canadian Coast Guard College (CCGC), 1190 Westmount Road, Sydney, Nova Scotia.

    The scope of work is outlined within the RFP, at Annex “A” Statement of Work (SOW) and the associated requirements included in Sections 1 to 6, which are attached herein to the solicitation and form part of the SOW at Annex “A”.

    The initial contract is for a period of two (2) years, from contract award until September 30, 2018, with two (2) individual optional years.

    There is a mandatory site visit which the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder must attend should they be bidding for this “General Maintenance Services” solicitation, FP802-150209.

    Arrangements have been made for the mandatory site visit to be held on July 21, 2016 at 1pm to 4pm at The Canadian Coast Guard College (CCGC), 1190 Westmount Road, Sydney, Nova Scotia. Bidders are to confirm their attendance by following the directives at item 1.8, Mandatory Site Visit, within the RFP.

    This procurement is subject to a Security requirement at the level of “Reliability” for all resources forming part of the tradesmen engaged for this requirement for the duration of the contract.
