This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:
Two (2) Level 1 Business Transformation Architect
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:
Description of Work:
Provide Business Transformation Architectural (Level 1) services and business expertise to assist the NEUB- Intra-Building Network, Product Management group in the following strategic planning and design areas, as required:
- Assisting in managing, tracking and reporting on the milestones and deliverables for NEUB services related activities across the program domain: Intra-Building Networks-Product Management;
- Planning as part of the service lifecycle and coordinating stakeholder meetings;
- Validating requirements with stakeholders;
- Analyzing and synthesizing information collected into a comprehensive fashion;
- Producing and/or providing input to the various project deliverables and service lifecycle artefacts;
- Providing reports to the Product Manager ;
- Providing input to and validating program dashboard information; and
- Documentation management and archiving of relevant supporting documentation for the above work items, including as required: milestones and deliverables, charts, schedules, action register; risk and issues register, progress reporting, briefing reports; summary progress report on work accomplished on these work activities.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #6 applies
