Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders is the Government of Canada’s Electronic Tendering Service Provider.

Interior Renovations
Work of this Contract comprises of the renovation of the Detachment in Ste Rose du Lac, Manitoba. A holding cell will be re-purposed into a secure interview room; security grilles in all cells will be upgraded to meet current security requirements; the flooring in the office area will be replaced with a durable rubber tile flooring product that will stand up to high traffic; the kitchen cabinetry will be removed and replaced; painting of the office doors and frames. In addition, a current office will be converted to an interview room, and an interview room will be converted back to an office. The new office will be painted; and new energy efficient windows will be installed throughout the building. Cast iron drainage pipes below ground level will be removed and replaced to meet current building code, and various security improvements will be also be completed, in accordance with the specifications, drawings and any amendments thereto.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by 30 September 2017.

The Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and integrity clauses are being incorporated in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
