A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitations.

Requirement

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the replacement of one (1) communication tower located at Ptarmigan, NWT. Bidders must be able to provide the required services as per the SOW.

This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s):

- Tilcho Land Claims Agreement

As such, the RCMP is obliged only to notify the above claimant group of this requirement. Notification will take place simultaneously with GETS posting.

No Substitute Products – B4024T (2006-08-15)

Bidders must provide products that are of the same description, brand name, model and/or part number as detailed in the item description of Appendix A of the Statement of Work. Bidders are advised that substitute products will not be considered.

Mandatory

The bidder must provide two (2) examples of completed projects which included the replacement of a tower measuring at least 150 ft.

Examples must include:

• Client name
• Project date
• Project location
• Description

All work must be completed by by March 31st, 2018.

Integrity Provisions

RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
