Installation of Telephony Communications for CFB Borden
1. Definition of requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued by Shared Services Canada. The resulting contract will be used to provide goods and services to its client the Department of National Defence.
The resulting contract is for the installation and configuration of Avaya CM G400 Solution for CFB Borden building O-215.
This bid solicitation does not preclude SSC from using any other method of supply available.
The requirements are articulated in the attached Statement of Work for the Installation and Avaya CM G400 Solution for CBF Borden building O-215. (See attached Annex A - SOW)
2. Trade Agreements: This requirement is subject to the following agreements:
Canada has invoked the National Security Exception in respect of this requirement and, as a result, none of the trade agreements apply to this requirement.
Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs) do not apply as all the goods and services shall be delivered in regions not covered by Land Claim Agreements.
