    Description

    MANDATORY SITE VISIT

    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Two sessions will be held on the 26th and 27th of April 2018 at 10:00 am ADT. Bidders are to register and attend one (1) of the two (2) sessions offered.

    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than one (1) day prior to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.

    DELIVERABLES / SCOPE OF WORK

    The Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires the completion of renovations in the Polaris Building at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography (BIO) to fit-up office space to Workplace 2.0 Standards.

    EXPECTED START AND COMPLETION DATES

    The services of the Contractor will be commencing upon contract award. The expected completion date of this project is August 10, 2018.
