    Description

    Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) employs over 5,000 people at locations across Canada and abroad. The Department develops and manages policies and programs related to Canada’s immigration, refugees, citizenship, integration and passport program

    IRCC seeks to put in place a centrally-managed corporate tool to continue to improve accuracy, consistency and reduce duplication in maintaining stakeholder contact information

    IRCC has a requirement for a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution for a Stakeholder Information Management System that will enable IRCC users to continue to effectively and efficiently manage a variety of electronic information related to stakeholders and IRCC’s interactions with stakeholders. The Stakeholder Information Management System, herein known as “the solution”, will include subscription software services and professional services.

    It is intended to result in the award of a contract for 2 years, plus 4 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
