Description of Work: The work covered by this contract concerns the development of a lookout near the Cap-des-Rosiers harbor in Forillon National Park, including but not limited to :

.1 The construction of a gazebo including but not limited to, the installation of the piles pushed by rotation, the structure of the belvedere, the benches and the table.

.2 The installation of a bicycle rack and trash on prefabricated concrete slab.

.3 The landscaping of grass surfaces as well as surface repairs damaged by the work.

.4 Plantations.

.5 Environmental protection measures.

.6 Project management in health and safety at work throughout the duration of the work.

Site Visit Optional: There will be an optional site visit on July 16, 2018 at 2pm. Interested bidders must present themselves at Le Havre de Cap-Desrosiers - Fishermen's Wharf - North sector.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Delivery Date: The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by October 31, 2018.
