Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for a construction contractor for the construction of the new Cyprus Lake Campground Shower Hub and required electrical service extension
Work generally but not limited to this Contract is for the construction of a new amenity building, parking lot, outdoor enclosed garbage area, generator and propane tank, all the servicing, removals, utility implementations, grading works, demolition and removal of existing rock formations. Work in the new building includes 16 shower stalls, washrooms, storage areas, staff work room, tuck shop, interpretative room, electrical power and lighting, mechanical and plumbing systems, architectural, structural and site work. Additionally amenities shall be implemented for passive and active recreation opportunities as well as a waste water treatment facility.
An optional site visit is scheduled for July 18, 2018.
