Description
CMHC wishes to enter into an Agreement with a Vendor for the purpose of providing continuous landscape maintenance services to the Granville Island site in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Landscape features will be maintained and improved to attain an appealing design, achieving a groomed visual appearance of all landscape plants and features. Maintenance practices should be implemented to mitigate and compensate for the effect of vehicular and pedestrian traffic, atmosphere and the growing environments found on Granville Island to improve the health and display quality of landscape plantings.
The anticipated initial term of the Agreement is for three (3) years with one optional renewal period of two (2) years, for a cumulative term of up to five (5) years. The total dollar value of the resulting Agreement is not expected to exceed $1,400,000.00 CAD inclusive of taxes.
Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 am, PST, on November 19, 2018.
